The 23-year-old Spanish international was substituted late in his club's 1-1 Liga home draw against RCD Mallorca on Sunday, with subsequent tests revealing the extent of the injury.
Pedro faces three weeks on the sidelines, and as well as missing the visit of FCK he is out of Spain's UEFA EURO 2012 qualifiers against Lithuania on Friday and in Scotland next Tuesday. Barcelona trail UEFA Champions League Group D leaders København by two points.
